Below is a list of previous Version 4 program revisions with added or updated topics in the WorkWORLD Help/Information System. These changes were necessitated by the ongoing maintenance and enhancements implemented in each version of the WorkWORLD software. The changes are listed by release version of the software, with newer releases first and older releases following in reverse chronological order.

Updated the Eligibility for Iowa Benefits Desk Aid and the Iowa Desk Aid for Supplemental Assistance summary sheets.
Updated initialization file and all topics referring to newly released 2003 Federal rates for SSI (FBR and SEIE), SSDI (SGA and TWP), and Medicare (Buy-in, Part B deduction, and premiums, deductibles, and co-insurance).
Added tables with Federal Poverty Guidelines from previous years.
Fixed problems related to installing WorkWORLD.
Fixed problem associated with uninstalling WorkWORLD.
Fixed problem occurring when using WorkWORLD on multiple-user computers with OS allowing different user permission levels.
Added several topics about transportation resources in Massachusetts.
Updated topics containing information about Vocational Rehabilitation Services and refusal to accept VR services.
Improved display of topics associated with SSI State Supplements and related questions.
Fixed problem with Importing an External Case File.
Corrected typographical errors related to acronym "PMV" in several topics.
Fixed timing problem related to SSI Supplement amount question in Massachusetts.
Updated State SSI Supplement topics with new rates, living arrangements, and other information for all States.
Updated many Food Stamps topics to account for Federal Fiscal Year 2003 (begins October 1, 2002) changes in income limits, deductions, and allotments, and changes in regulations such as the new method of determining the standard deduction and the resource test for households that include a member with a disability.
Added topic, WorkWORLD Speech - Using with JAWS (Troubleshooting), with additional procedure for users experiencing problems with WorkWORLD Speech.
Added information about CMS Promising Practices website to The Olmstead Decision and Medicaid Waiver Templates topics.
Added three topics [Alert: Medicaid Lost (Spouse Earnings), Alert: Spouse Medicaid Lost, and Medicaid Buy-In] and revised another [Alert: Keeping Medicaid] to account for Medicaid Buy-In developments.
Added three new topics listing keyboard commands for JAWS users when using Help/Information system: WorkWORLD Speech - Keyboard Commands for JAWS (WorkWORLD Help/Information System), WorkWORLD Speech - Keyboard Commands for JAWS (Internet Explorer), and WorkWORLD Speech - Keyboard Commands for JAWS (Adobe Acrobat).
Improved index listings under Resources.
Added The Olmstead Decision topic.
Updated State of Residence topic.
Clarified instructions in Estimating Inputs, Disability Related Work Expenses Amount, and Name a file using "Properties" Command topics.
Added Medicaid Waiver Templates topic.
Added information from the Oklahoma Benefit Information System (OKBIS).
Changed display of external HTML forms in Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Services Client Financial Participation - Iowa topic from external browser to internal Help window.
Modified many Iowa topics to use PDF rather than HTML versions of Desk Aid and Desk Aid Supplement documents.
Added several new VA Benefits topics including Entrepreneurship/Small and Disadvantaged Businesses, Homeless Veterans, Women Veterans, and Education and Training topics.
Updated Veterans Affairs topics with new rules and rates for 2002.
Added WorkWORLD speech topics to explain operation of newly incorporated WorkWORLD text-to-speech capabilities.
Updated Using the Help System topic to clarify use of keyboard commands to access some of the options.
Updated TWWIIA topics to reflect publication of final regulations.
Updated many topics concerning Medicare continuing coverage and the Extended Period of Eligibility (EPE) to reflect changes based on TWWIIA.
Updated many topics related to Social Security Work Incentives to incorporate changes to the Social Security Administration's 2002 version of its Redbook on Employment Supports (formerly known as the Redbook on Work Incentives).
Added a topic, Countable Income and Countable Earnings Overview SSI/DI, to explain the different ways in which those terms are used in the SSI and SSDI programs. Updated the various topics that reference countable income and countable earnings so as to distinguish among the various definitions.
Added information from the Massachusetts Benefit Information System (MABIS).
Updated TWWIIA topics to reflect implementation delays.
Added new TWWIIA topic about "Ticket Payment Systems and Employment Networks".
Added cross-referencing More Information sections to paired topics "Subsidy - SSDI - Extra Supervision" and "Claiming your Extra Supervision Subsidy".
Added cross-referencing More Information sections to paired topics "Subsidy - SSDI (Title II) - Reduced Duties" and "Claiming Your Reduced Duties Subsidy".
Added cross-referencing More Information sections to paired topics "Household Composition - Food Stamps" and "Household Size - Food Stamps".
Fixed minor problems related to printing in Housing section and recalculation in Food Stamps section.
Updated initialization file and topics related to FBR, SGA, SEIE, and Medicare Part B with newly announced rates for calendar year 2002.
Updated TWP threshold amount in Trial Work Period topic.
Corrected default answer to Medicare Part B premium deduction, and several amounts in graphics in Tutorial Example 2 - Section 8 topic.
Updated several Food Stamp topics, changed question wording, and added question to account for recent regulation changes related to shelter deductions for homeless households.
Added question and topic for new North Carolina Food Stamp expanded categorical eligibility criteria.
Updated Food Stamp vehicle resource valuation topics with continuously changing latest information from States.
