Due to our new funding structure, WorkWORLD^TM is now available only by order, on a CD shipped through the mail to you. Online downloads of the WorkWORLD software products are currently unavailable. We will resume free online downloads of the program to all once sufficient funding is in place. Downloads of other materials remain freely available from our download page.

Free WorkWORLD: Residents of states in the U.S. that have a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) or other funding arrangement in place with the Employment Support Institute (ESI) can order one copy of each release of the complete WorkWORLD program on CD for free. These states currently include Virginia.

Residents of other states in the U.S. and foreign countries that have not established any MOU with ESI may purchase new versions (on CD) of the WorkWORLD software products:

• $50 - Complete WorkWORLD software (includes the Help/Information System)
• $25 - Stand-alone WorkWORLD Help/Information System software only
• Each paid order includes a free one-year automatic subscription to all available software updates.

NOTE: Go to the WorkWORLD order page to place an order (either free or paid with credit card) for the complete WorkWORLD program or stand-alone WorkWORLD Help/Information system. See below for purchase orders.

We always ship the latest, most current version. The Revision History page provides a brief summary of changes in each version. Detailed changes in the current version are listed in the Changes in This Version Help/Information topic. The same CD may be used in all states to update an existing installation or perform a new install. See the Installation Issues page for additional information.

WorkWORLD Online Orders

Our WorkWORLD order page accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. If you are a resident of one of the states eligible to get the WorkWORLD program for free (see above), you do not need a credit card.

A receipt page, which you can print for your records, will display after you successfully complete your order. We will send you an order shipment confirmation email when your order is shipped.

All orders receive free shipping. There is no sales tax. Orders placed online are normally shipped by the next business day, except during university holidays.

We use modern Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high-grade encryption for your security and privacy. It is indicated by the security lock icon () in your browser's status bar on the order pages. Credit card data is only used during a transaction and is not stored on our server.

We do not sell, rent or share information about our customers. Your email address will never be divulged to a third party. We never disclose your personal information to anyone, for any reason.

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from qualified agencies and organizations. Due to the extra paperwork involved, shipment of these orders takes significantly longer than orders placed online.

If you are interested in purchasing a large quantity, email us at workworld@vcu.edu to discuss potential quantity discounts.

All orders receive free shipping. There is no sales tax.

Please include your email address and complete contact information with your purchase order, and send us an email at workworld@vcu.edu to alert us of your incoming order. We are unable to accept purchase orders via telephone.
