According to the Delaware Unemployment Insurance Claimant Handbook, to be eligible for Unemployment Insurance (UI), you must have been paid during your Base Period at least 36 times the weekly benefit amount for which you would be eligible.
It turns out, however, that the only way that low earnings would make you ineligible is if you qualify for only the minimum benefit of $20 per week and have total earnings during your year-long Base Period of $720 or less. ($720 = $20 X 36).
If Delaware should change the minimum benefit amount, of course, then the earnings eligibility amount would also change.
