In the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly Food Stamp Program), based on the information you supplied, your household is eligible to receive a monthly SNAP (Food Stamp) allotment.

In order to determine eligibility, several tests were satisfied:

· Gross Income Test (if no household member is elderly or has a disability)

· Net Income Test

No resource test is required in Delaware.

The amount of your allotment is based on your household size, net income after deductions from gross income, and the State in which you reside.
