· One parent in a two-parent household
· One parent who is included in the EAEDC household, but the other parent is in a TAFDC household and not participating in TEMP
· The sole parent in the household, whose youngest dependent child in the household is 15 years of age or older
· The adult caretaker who is included in the household and whose youngest dependent child in the household is 15 years of age or older
