DE GA - Financial Eligibility

In order to be financially eligible for General Assistance (GA) in Delaware:

Resource Eligibility: Your Family Budget Group must have resources that do not exceed the $1,000 Resource Limit (See GA - Resource Eligibility for details); and

Income Eligibility: Your Assistance Unit income (after subtracting Excluded Income and Earned Income Disregards) cannot exceed the GA Standards of Need/Payment Standard for the size of your Assistance Unit.
