Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families logoThe Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families (DSCYF) says, "Our primary responsibility is to provide and manage a range of services for children who have experienced abandonment, abuse, adjudication, mental illness, neglect, or substance abuse; and we endorse a holistic approach to enable children to reach their fullest potential."

DSCYF's programs include crisis help, child abuse intervention, prevention programs, child mental health and substance abuse services, child care licensing, services for delinquent youth and school-based programs.
