Oklahoma provides State Supplements to Federal SSI benefit payments for residents in one of the living arrangements specified in the table below.
The State supplementation program is also known as aid to the aged, blind, and totally and permanently disabled (State AABD), or the State Supplemental Payment (SSP). See the State Supplemental Payment Overview - Oklahoma topic for additional information.
Notes about specific items, if any, display as colored letters within brackets in the table. Their explanation directly follows the table. You may click on these colored letters within the table to jump immediately to the explanations. Use the Back button in the Help window to return to your place in the table. If additional information is available, it follows after any notes.
Unless otherwise stated, payment levels apply equally to people who are aged, people with blindness, and people with disabilities. Benefit amounts are usually adjusted annually, and become effective January 1st. The table shows monthly payment levels for calendar year 2011.
If you are using this version of WorkWORLD after January 1, 2012, you should be able to get the updated numbers from your local office of the Department of Human Services. Data for computing the values shown in the table below will also appear, when available, in Schedule VIII.A of OK DHS Appendix C-1. You may be able to download an updated version of this appendix from:
http://www.okdhs.org/library/policy/.
On that page, click on "OKDHS Forms", and from the resulting pages click on "Appendix C-1".
Definitions for specific Living Arrangement terms are provided below the table. Click on the term to go to the definition.
