Assets not countable for food stamps eligibility include, but are not limited to:
· The home and surrounding property owned by the household
· Household goods and personal effects
· The cash value of life insurance policies
· Pension funds
· Individual Retirement Account (IRA) or a Keogh Plan
· Vehicles, whether licensed or unlicensed (includes, but not limited to cars, trucks, boats, and tractors)
· Income-producing property
· Assets not accessible to the household
