Individual Training Accounts (ITAs) are the formal name for vouchers authorized by the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) of 1998 and available to people who are using the services of the Delaware Works One-Stop System. (See Individual Training Accounts for detailed information about ITAs.)
The vouchers can be used to purchase occupational skills training from any training organization approved by Delaware's Workforce Investment Board (WIB).
The Delaware Consumer Information System (available at: http://www.delawareworks.com/wib/index.shtml) is your guide to training programs approved for WIA vouchers in Delaware. You may search the system by geographic area, by field of study, or by specific training institution to find the program that is right for you. You may also compare different programs and different institutions that offer services.
