DE Child Care Subsidy - Income Limits

The Child Care Subsidy Income Limits are monthly income-eligibility limits that are specified each year by DSS for the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) that begins each October 1st and ends the following September 30th. The limits are based on 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) for that calendar year.

There are tables below for the current fiscal year as well as previous fiscal years.

The limits refer to countable income and are related to Family Size.
