Workers' Compensation payments under Permanent and Total Incapacity will equal 2/3 of the Average Weekly Wage (AWW) following the exhaustion of Temporary Total Disability and Partial Disability payments. The maximum weekly compensation rate is 100% of the Statewide Average Weekly Wage (SAWW), while the minimum is 20% of the SAWW. The payments must be adjusted each year for cost of living allowances.
