Workers' Compensation paid under Partial Disability is 60% of the difference between the employee's Average Weekly Wage (AWW) before the injury and the weekly wage earning capacity after the injury. This amount cannot exceed 75% of Temporary Total Disability benefits if the person were to receive those benefits. The maximum benefits period is 260 weeks for partial disability, but may be extended to 520 weeks.
