The Division of Employment and Training works in coordination with the state’s Department of Veterans’ Services to assist veterans by providing employment-related services, such as employment training, counseling, job listings, and job placement. A local veterans' agent works with skilled veterans and unskilled veterans are usually referred to the Governor’s Outreach and Assistance Program, administered by Veterans’ Services.
