Unemployment Insurance - Re-qualification for Benefits - Massachusetts

To re-qualify for benefits after being disqualified, the claimant must return to work for at least eight weeks, and in each of the eight weeks earn an amount equal to or greater than the weekly benefit amount on the claim. In addition, the separation from the new job must be involuntary.
