SoonerCare Plus - Services - Oklahoma

Individuals enrolled under the SoonerCare Plus program are restricted to receive services from the plan or from another qualified provider to whom the client is referred by the plan. To ensure appropriate utilization of specialty services, Primary Care Providers (PCP) control referral of most medical services they are unable to provide.

The services under SoonerCare Plus include, but are not limited to:

·             Office visits

·             Hospital care

·             Outpatient care

·             Specialty care

·             Diagnostic services

·             Family planning services

·             Inpatient psychiatric services

·             Speech, language, and hearing services

·             Home health services

·             Dental and vision services for individuals under 21

·             Case management services

·             Prescription drugs

·             Immunizations
