SoonerCare Plus - Native Americans - Oklahoma

If you are Native American and it has been determined that you are eligible for SoonerCare Plus, you must choose a health plan and a Primary Care Provider (PCP).

If you are getting care at an Indian Health Service (IHS), tribal or urban Indian clinic, you can still get care through these providers even if they are not operating as part of your health plan's network. You do not need a referral from your PCP to get services from these providers.
