Error - Unable To Display Topic

This screen appears when an error has occurred in the WorkWORLD Help/Information system. Usually, one of the system requirements listed in the Installing WorkWORLD Software topic has not been met.

To resolve the problem, check the following:

·        Internet Explorer is installed on your computer.

·        The Internet Explorer version is at least 6.0.

·        Internet Explorer is set as your default browser.

·        Adobe Acrobat (full version) or Acrobat Reader (free version) is installed on your system.

·        The Acrobat (full or Reader) version is at least 7.0.
