Technical Support

General Information

Registered users of WorkWORLD™ are eligible for free technical support services. You may obtain help about installation or operation of the software via email or regular mail.

Please note that the support we are able to offer is limited to installation and operation of the program. We regret our funding does not permit us to provide detailed information about the various benefit programs, or how they might apply to you as an individual. If you need this type of assistance, please contact your benefits counselor or case manager at the applicable agency in your locality.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before you contact us, it may be helpful to review the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) pages on our web site, http://www.WorkWORLD.org. You may be able to find an answer to your question posted there, and resolve your problem immediately. Our technical support staff maintains records of each help contact, and updates the FAQs regularly.

If you need to contact us for help, please have your WorkWORLD version number available. We need it to access help files related to your version of WorkWORLD. You can find it in the program by clicking Help on the main menu at the top of the screen, and then clicking About WorkWORLD on the drop down menu.

Additionally, please be sure to include your name, address, telephone number, and email address for fastest response.
