NOTE: The General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (the state budget) removed the rent allowance from the EAEDC program effective July 1, 2003. The following data is presented for historical information only.
Applicants and recipients of EAEDC are eligible for a Rent/Mortgage Allowance of $35 per month, provided the applicant or recipient does not reside in public housing or state or federally subsidized housing; and the applicant or recipient has rent, mortgage, or room and/or board expenses.
