There are three ways to create a New File.
1. When starting WorkWORLD, at the opening screen, click on the text button labeled "Create New File" (or use the Tab key, or the arrow keys, to move the focus box around "Create New File" and then hit the Enter key to select it):

2. From within WorkWORLD, use the Main Menu. Click on "File" and then "New" (or hold down "Alt" and type "F" and then "N"):

3. From within WorkWORLD, use the Toolbar. Click on the "New File" icon (the 1st icon on the left in the Toolbar - person holding unopened folder):
After using any of the three methods to create a new file, you will then find your cursor on the opened first question of the "Current Situation" column. You can immediately begin answering the questions, or you can start by naming the file and, if you wish, providing other file information by using the properties command.
