Employment means the adult earns wages for work performed if the adult is part of the household for income purposes. A person employed and working from his or her own home can receive child care in an out-of-home child care home or center.
When child care is needed for employment, the days and hours approved are limited to the actual hours of employment including reasonable travel time.
