Adobe Acrobat Reader - Oklahoma

The various appendices that contain benefit eligibility and payment schedules for Oklahoma benefits are provided in PDF format. Other Oklahoma government websites linked from WorkWORLD provide documents in PDF format as well. In order to open PDF files, you must have Adobe Acrobat (either the full version or the reader) installed as a helper application in your Internet browser.

OKDHS Policy Online logoWorkWORLD utilizes internal copies of two PDF documents (Appendix C-1 and Appendix C-4) containing Oklahoma data. The latest versions of these files will always be available from the Oklahoma DHS website. You may need to search through the file list in the Forms section of the library to find them. These two files, along with many other DHS policy files, are available at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services Policy Online website at:
