Families that participate in the ABC Special Needs Voucher program must meet all financial eligibility and program eligibility requirements of the program. Changes in status after eligibility has been established must be reported to the ABC Special Needs Coordinator.
Among the essential changes that must be reported in order to avoid termination from the program include:
· Changes in family composition
· Changes in gross monthly income
· Changes in employment
· Changes in marital status
· Changes in the adult involvement in work/school/training participation
· Changes in county of residence
· Changes in service status from an ABC Special Needs referral agency
Once an applicant is terminated for employment/school/training reasons, there is no guarantee of reinstatement.
Applicants terminated or denied services due to misrepresentation may not be allowed to reapply for six (6) months. In certain situations, applicants will be permanently denied services.
