State 1619(b) Threshold Amounts - 2005

The following tables show the amount you can earn annually and still maintain your Medicaid coverage under Section 1619(b) rules. A few states set different levels for people who are blind, which appear in a separate table at the end of this topic. If your state is not listed in the table for people who are blind, it does not set a different threshold amount based on that disability, and you should use the amount shown in the first table. In all cases, the threshold amounts apply to an individual living in his or her own household. The levels shown in this topic below were in effect for calendar year 2005.
