DakotaLink is an assistive technology project funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education. The grant is administered by the Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS), under a contract with the Black Hills Special Services Cooperative (BHSSC).

The DakotaLink project is a cross-disability and age, multi-cultural statewide assistive technology program designed to help individuals with disabilities gain access to assistive technology.

Demonstration Centers, training activities, and a mobile trailer bring assistive technology information, training, and hands-on opportunities to the most remote areas of the state and to the large Native American population on nine reservations throughout South Dakota.
