South Carolina’s Medicaid Breast and Cervical Cancer Program ensures that eligible women with breast or cervical cancer have Medicaid coverage. The basic eligibility criteria for women who apply for the program are:
· Must have been screened for breast or cervical cancer through the Best Chance Network (1-800-ACS-2345)
· Must be between 47-64 years of age.
· Must meet Medicaid income eligibility guidelines
· Must be either uninsured or have insurance for hospital care only
