MassHealth HIV Positive

Individuals who have been tested and found that they are HIV Positive may be eligible for special provisions under the MassHealth Family Assistance program.

If such individuals are eligible for MassHealth CommonHealth, and the countable income for their family group does not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, then they are not required to pay the deductible before getting CommonHealth coverage.
