Family Size & Number of Bedrooms

Your Public Housing Agency (PHA) sets the number of bedrooms appropriate for your family size. Generally, the PHA sets the number in accordance with the following table:

NOTE: Your PHA may deviate from HUD's guidelines. If your PHA says that a different number of bedrooms is appropriate for your family size and composition, ignore WorkWORLD's Text Results concerning number of bedrooms.
