The Individualized Self- Sufficiency Plan (ISSP) is a document signed by each adult and minor parent Family Investment Program (FIP) recipient. It identifies the actions the recipient will take to become employed and the time frames for those actions. It also defines the services the South Carolina Department of Social Services will provide and coordinate to assist the recipient to become employed.
