Alert - Rental Unit Too Small (TBV & TBC)

Your rental unit does not have enough bedrooms for your family size. See Family Size and Number of Bedrooms for a table of Family Size versus Number of Bedrooms.

NOTE: Your Public Housing Agency (PHA) may deviate from HUD's guidelines. If your PHA says that a different number of bedrooms is appropriate for your family size and composition, ignore WorkWORLD's Text Results concerning number of bedrooms.

Since you are participating in a Tenant-Based Section 8 program, if your PHA determines that a unit is not large enough, the PHA must issue your family a new voucher, and your family and the PHA must try to find an acceptable unit as soon as possible.
