Families may generally qualify for SoonerCare if the family size and gross income (before taxes) are equal to or less than 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Oklahoma's income limits are adjusted annually and are changed in April of each year.
The income of the following persons, among others, is considered, if living together or if living apart as long as there has been no break in the family relationship:
· The individual
· The spouse of the individual
· The natural or adoptive parents of the individual who is a minor dependent child
· Minor dependent children of the individual if they are being included in the case for health benefits
