Medicaid Program - Elderly/Disabled HCBW - South Carolina

To be eligible for the Elderly/Disabled Home and Community Based Waiver (HCBW), a person must be age 18 or older, be financially eligible for Medicaid, and need the type of care typically received in a nursing home. A waiting list applies.

Services in the Elderly/Disabled Waiver include:

          Case Management

          Personal Care II

          Personal Care I (Homemaker)

          Attendant Care

          Adult Day Health Care/ADHC Nursing

          Home Delivered Meals

          Environmental Modifications

          Respite Care

          Personal Emergency Response System

          Incontinence Supplies

          Companion
