The Developmental Disabilities Services Division consists of the State Office in Oklahoma City and four area offices in Enid, Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Pauls Valley.
Applications for services are made at the area offices. The area office also provides case management, service coordination, monitoring, provider recruitment and resource development. The state office staff provides direction and support to the area offices. Services are delivered through contracts with private agencies and individuals.
