Workers' Compensation - Statewide Average Weekly Wage (SAWW) - Massachusetts

The Statewide Average Weekly Wage (SAWW) is used in the computation of Workers' Compensation Benefits.

It is adjusted for cost of living increases each October 1.

The SAWW for the period October 1, 2005 to September 30, 2006 is $958.58.

NOTE: If you are using this version of WorkWORLD after that date, you should be able to find the adjusted SAWW at the DIA's website. It will be in one of the Circular Letters at:
http://www.mass.gov/dia/Announcements/Circulars.htm
