Workers' Compensation - Maximum and Minimum Benefits Table (§34 and §34A Claims) – Massachusetts

The Massachusetts Workers' Compensation statute dictates a maximum benefit of 100% of the Statewide Average Weekly Wage (SAWW) and a minimum benefit of at least 20% of the SAWW.
