If a business can answer YES to all the following questions, the business and at least one employee should qualify for the Insurance Partnership:
Do you employ no more than 50 full-time workers?
Do you now, or do you later plan to:
· offer comprehensive health insurance to your employees?
· pay at least 50% of the cost of that insurance?
If an employee can answer YES to the following questions, it should be possible to qualify for the Insurance Partnership.
Are you between the ages of 19 and 64 (inclusive)?
Are you a resident of Massachusetts?
Have you not have been offered health insurance by your current employer in the past six months, and not been eligible for health insurance through your spouse's employer in the past six months?
Do you have a family income that meets the Employee Income Guidelines (300% of Federal Poverty Guidelines)?
For more information about the Insurance Partnership, call 1-800-399-8285 or 781-830-8282.
Employee Income Guidelines are adjusted annually. They are posted on the Insurance Partnership website at:
