Insurance Partnership Eligibility Criteria - Massachusetts

To qualify for the Insurance Partnership, an employer must pay at least 50% of the health-insurance cost for an employee (full- or part-time) who:

·      is aged 19 through 64 (inclusive).

·      lives in Massachusetts.

·      has not have been offered health insurance by his current employer in the past six months, and has not been eligible for health insurance through his spouse's employer in the past six months.

·      has a gross (pre-tax) annual family income that meets the Employee Income Guidelines (see below).

NOTE: The income limits applicable to this program represent 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
