DE Note: Medicaid Eligibility - FPL Pregnant Women and Infants

Any pregnant women or infants in your family budget group are financially eligible for Medicaid under the FPL covered group for pregnant women and infants because your group's countable income does not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Level for the size of your budget group.

NOTE: Be sure that you counted your family's unborn child or children in determining the size of your budget group.
