SoonerCare Choice - Services - Oklahoma

SoonerCare Choice services include:

·             Office visits for primary and preventive care

·             Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) visits

·             Injections and immunizations

·             Basic lab and x-ray

·             Basic family planning

·             Case management

·             Urgent care

·             24 hour, 7 day a week access to care

Services that do not require a referral from the Primary Care Provider include, but are not limited to:

·             Behavioral health services

·             Vision services

·             Dental services

·             Child abuse/sexual abuse examinations

·             Prenatal and obstetrical services

SoonerCare Choice program also offers a Nurse Advice Line (1-800-530-3002). This is available to SoonerCare Choice recipients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This service is designed to reduce unnecessary emergency room visits and enables medical questions to be answered in a timely manner.
