Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (CCR and R) - Massachusetts

The Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (CCR&R) are set up to serve families, parents, child care providers, employers and community groups. They offer information, referral, education, training, technical assistance and resource development.

CCR&Rs regularly collect information about OCCS-licensed child care providers and programs, and provide parents with referrals and counseling on how to identify and select quality child care. In addition, CCR&Rs offer training, consultation and technical assistance to child care providers. The CCR&Rs are part of the Massachusetts Child Care Resource and Referral Network that combines personal community resources with the strength of a statewide effort.
