The rules regarding whether your Workers' Compensation will lower your SSDI (Title II) benefit (Regular Offset), or your SSDI lowers your Workers Compensation benefit (Reverse Offset) are so complicated, that you should contact your SSA Claims Representative to find out for sure what is happening in your particular circumstances.
In the mean time, you may answer NO in one situation, and then create a New Situation and answer YES. That way you may see if it makes any difference in your situation, and if so, which answer causes WorkWORLD to calculate the correct results for your current SSDI benefits. It will also tell you what other questions, if any, you may have to ask when you contact your SSA Claims Representative.
