Answer YES if both parents of a dependent child are living in your household.
If both parents are in the household, they may qualify for TANF-UP (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families - Unemployed Parent). TANF-UP is intended to provide assistance to families with two able-bodied parents. They have to participate in VIEW.
To reward work, VIEW participants in a TANF-UP household may earn up to 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) and still remain eligible for TANF. (Regular TANF household participating in VIEW may earn up to 100% FPL.)
