If you are a student attending a full time program and you receive Medicaid coverage as a "Child under age 19," then none of your earnings count toward the income limit of 133% of the Federal Poverty Level.
NOTE: This income disregard is different from the Student Earned Income Exclusion (SEIE) used in calculating SSI cash benefit amounts. For information about SEIE, follow the link above or select "Help Topics" from the Help screen main menu, select the Index tab, and type "SEIE".
