VA Question: Ineligible Alien Parent Alimony or Child Care - TANF

Enter the monthly amount of financial support that the ineligible alien parent provides in alimony or child care support for individuals that the ineligible alien parent does not (or could not) claim as dependents on the Federal Income Tax return.

In determining how much of the ineligible alien parent's income can be deemed available to the TANF Assistance Unit, WorkWORLD subtracts the amount of financial support that the ineligible alien parent provides in alimony or child care support.
