Answer YES if you are the caretaker relative of a dependent child who is under 18 or a student aged 18 who will graduate before becoming 19.
You may be eligible even if the dependent child is not be a member of the TANF Assistance Unit because the child receives Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or adoption or foster care assistance and is therefore not eligible to receive TANF benefits.
