Children whose parents have occasional business with the trial court are eligible for short term care on a first come, first served basis.
A parent who has business with the trial court may enroll his/her child directly at the Trial Court Child Care Program on the day the care is needed, in accordance with the program’s procedures and Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) policies.
If the child care program has reached its licensed capacity at the time the parent requests care, the child will be entered on a waiting list for care. The parent will be notified as soon as space is available for the child.
