Since the rental unit has more bedrooms than is generally determined to be appropriate for your family size, your Public Housing Agency (PHA) may use the Payment Standard for your family size (rather than the Payment Standard for the rental unit) in calculating the rental amount you must pay. (See: Family Rent to Owner for details about the calculation.)
Contact your PHA to find out the Payment Standard for your family and enter it.
NOTE: If your PHA says that the Payment Standard for your family is the same as that for you rental unit, enter that amount. Your PHA has evidently determined that you do have the appropriate number of bedrooms (that is that the table that WorkWORLD uses does not apply for your family composition). WorkWORLD will still calculate your Family Rent to Owner correctly if you enter the Payment Standard that your PHA says is correct.)
