As long as you remain eligible for a Supplemental Security Income (SSI) cash benefit you are automatically eligible for Medicaid under the MassHealth Standard program.
Note that if you should become ineligible for an SSI cash benefit because of earnings, you may still be eligible under the SSI work incentive called 1619(b).
WorkWORLD will evaluate your financial eligibility based on the income of your MassHealth Family Group. If your family group has too much income to be eligible for Standard coverage, you should be eligible for CommonHealth coverage (assuming your disability has not ceased). You may have to pay a deductible and premium.
