Note: HCBS Waiver Recipients Income & Asset Effects

The regulations regarding financial eligibility and premium participation for MassHealth programs are different for recipients of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waivers who are 60 years old or older, or who receive services through the Kaileigh Mulligan Program or the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
